For the second of nine empty stadium games Wolves host Eddie Howe’s Bournemouth.
On Saturday Bournemouth hosted Crystal Palace whilst Wolves travelled to London to take on West Ham. After a dismal performance Bournemouth were beaten 2-0 by their visitors. Wolves impressed at The London Stadium coming away with all 3 points after controlling the game and scoring 2 superb second half goals.

Before the round of games were played West Ham were in 16th place with 27 points, Watford in 17th with 27 points and Bournemouth in 18th with 27 points. Subsequently, Bournemouth remain in 18th with 27 points, West Ham drop to 17th and Watford move up to 16th with 28 points.

Eddie Howe’s squad has been boosted by the return of 5 previously injured players.
David Brooks, Arnaut Danjuma, Steve Cook, Chris Mepham and Lloyd Kelly have all returned to training and were all included in the squad for the game against Palace.

Despite the massive gulf between the two teams – Wolves battling for a Champions League place, Bournemouth battling to avoid relegation, Nuno and the Wolves players are well aware that this will be a tough game. Nuno has massive respect for Eddie Howe and never underestimates his opposition. This will be the first game that the Wolves players will have played without the home crowd support, how that will affect them remains to be seen.

The game will be shown live on BT Sport

Yup, little ol' wolfie in 27th spot in the KoP comp. knocks out the leader and reaches his first final. Now we need to catch him in my comp.

Congratulations Wolfie, nice win. It must be some feeling to topple a legend

Wolves have finally decided to dump Telford as the ground for their U23 games. Terrible pitch that was waterlogged whenever there was a decent storm. Next season they will play at Kidderminster and it’s expected some academy players will be loaned to the Harriers to give them experience

Olympiakos beat big rivals Panathinaikos 3-0 at the weekend and sowed up the Greek league title in the process. The manager says they can now concentrate on the Europa League and he believes they can go all the way to the final

I really have a bad feeling they will knock us out after we wasted a great opportunity in the away leg.

We do have an away goal which may turn out to be the decisive factor.

Cinci, you really should have more confidence in our team. If we go by your predictions in my competition, we'd have 29 points and be 2 points off relegation. Of our 30 matches you've only predicted 5 wins.

As Oddball would say..."have a little faith baby, have a little faith".

his time at wolves is the most successful of jimenez's career, he'd be a fool to leave

Rarely bet on my own team regardless of my confidence. Sound like I have predicted 14 draws then ? Think I go with a draw for us more often than not and that is our most common result.

I just think our negative set up will cost us by the end. In my opinion we should be seven or eight points better off if we had been a little braver. We shall see come the end I guess.
