Ryan Fraser has been linked with Celtic quite a bit lately. Supposedly keen if he can't get a top 6 EPL club.
I'd be very interested as he has turned into a top talent. However, his wage demands are way out of our league. Reportedly he wants £100k a week. Roughly £5M a year.
I'm not sure if it can be done as simple as this but say we were willing to pay a signing on fee of £8M to sign him with £25k a week wages for a 4 year contract, he'd get a decent lump.of the financial expectations and we'd treat it like a transfer fee.
Possibly make it a £2M a year loyalty bonus as opposed a big signing on fee.

Not clued up as usual.
Spacing of fans is the easy bit.
My main fear would not spaces between seats but folk wanting to go to
the lavvy who were seated in the middle of a section.
Maybe this has been addressed before.

I for one think the closing of public lavatories, particularly remote ones, should be an absolute no.
And I am happy to start a crowdfunder and petition to keep them open.
