Did the ref do Fulham no favours....

...in not showing Mitrovic a card?

Of course we will never know but we tend to struggle against 10 men, If he'd been sent off they might have gone more defensive. We don't put teams with only 10 men to the sword as we should.

As it is he could now be facing a lengthy ban, a yellow card would have prevented that.

Given Fulham's run in where they face Forest, Cardiff and West Brom in quick succession, I think their race is run and not having Mitrovic in their line up could see them slipping out of the top six completely.

Two games ago Fulham were being held up as a threat only seven points behind us, now they are a catchable seven points above Preston and a resurgent Derby.

It wasn't a yellow card offence.

No, Mitrovic should have been off, simple as that, but both the ref and the linesman missed it, which is why all pro games need VAR.

In any case, Mitrovic was invisible second half - White won their battle. Sweet result for us!

think the task is easier with Mitro off the pitch.
