SSN are saying that we won't pay anymore than £50m for him this summer, I'm sorry, But that's a joke, Stop messing about and give Borussia Dortmund what they want for him, I'm fed up with Ed Woodward and his negotiations, It's too slow, We don't have time to waste this summer.

It could be a ploy by Ed to make others think that we don't have the money.
We'll end up haggling the price down to £120 million.

They can literally treble his wages

I seriously doubt that happens though.

No, it won’t
They’ll offer him a big increase and a signing fee though, and he’ll sign for another year if he doesn’t move.

I thought £75m was the minimum you bid for Summer signings.

Still amazed at how Chelsea managed to get Werner for £50 million.

Isn’t Grealish apparently buying a house in the north west? Maybe it’s a done deal

That’s to host some more lockdown parties.

Still bizzare that it was that 'low' for a player of his ability. Not that Chelsea are complaining.

yeah, i'm not sure how the german clubs treat release clauses, we don't tend to do them, italian ones seem broadly sensible, spanish ones hugely inflated, but don't know about german ones.
i may look very foolish in a year's time, but i'm not convinced that 50m for werner is that silly either.

As a rival, we're all hoping he fails. But under the structure of Chelse's set up under Lampard, i personally have a feeling it maybe money well spent.
For all we know, there could be clauses in his contract that benefits both clubs which may have also affected his price tag. All speculation of course.
