Probably not likely Spurs will make Top 4/5

but win tonight, and the gap is only four points, so not totally unsurmountable. And a couple of winnable games thereafter, Everton and Bournemouth, so the team still need to give it their all. Defeats to Leicester and Chelsea last night show the teams in and around the top four are not exactly untouchable.

I have always thought Leicester would be reeled in, and they look in freefall right now, their massive lead to 5th as been all but wittled away. Wolves coming up on the rails have meant it will be that more difficult, with two or three teams now to overtake for Spurs, rather than say just one.

Unlike the other teams in and around us, no cup football to sidetrack the players. Just the Prem to concentrate on.

Anyway give it a go I say, and let`s see where it takes us. Main thing is win tonight, need to get back above Arsenal at least.

3-0 Spurs tonight, Kane 2, Son

need to win all matches. one loss and it's over. Jose needs to take the handbrakes off.

I dont mind have a defensive first half if that's the compromise but second half needs to be all out attack. especially with our bench.

Goes without saying Spurs need to just keep winning, but they have the players, just need the mentality. If they can get maximum points from the next three matches, will at least put some pressure on those above us.

Correct me if I'm wrong but if Citys ban is upheld then doesn't it go to 5th for cl places?

What a killer of a result that home defeat to Wolves is now looking, we had the lead twice.

I think we'll need to win all our games to stand any chance. Not sure how likely that is.

We don`t deserve anything from this season, aside from being shiete for the majority of it, it would also be wholly unfair like the rest of it.

Trouble is the main rivals, being Wolves and United, are the form sides in the league

I'd give it up Sandy. We can all dream but the truth is that with 7 games to go (6 for the others), we'd need at least 2 of United, Wolves or Chelsea to lose 2 games even if we win all of our remaining games. 6th will be enough for Europa anyway given City's League Cup win. 7th if, as is likely, Arsenal don't win the FA Cup. I think we'll get Europa but you're dreaming if you think we can get CL. We're playing the worst football of all the teams currently fighting that battle so if anyone is gonna drop away, it's us. I actually think we're gonna drop points tonight but that's just a hunch. Sheffield United need a few games to get into their stride as their philosophy relies on high energy. Think they'll have it back tonight.
