What is everyone expecting?
Is Bielsa suddenly going to change his principle in insisting on working with a very small squad supplemented by UNPROVEN youth team players?
A big fat NO.
In my opinion he will stay loyal to those who contributed in getting us there.
Cant see many incoming transfers.
Will replace white.
Reckon kiko will leave so a new number 1 keeper.
Its obvious he loves Bamford so wouldnt surprise me if he thinks we can get by with Him and Roberts.
Douglas will go so maybe a new left back but we know he loves Dallas and also rates Leif Davis.
Cant see starting 11 changing too much to be honest.
I really hope i am wrong with all the above.
Like a few have said alot of prem money is already accounted for.
Do i want us to get promoted? More than anything.
Do i think we will stay there? Not a chance if we dont strengthen in right areas.
Ive spent majority of this season worrying too much rather than enjoying it.
Reckon i will do the same next season if we are in prem league.

Scunner, its an odd one too because we've seen a few teams that have signed loads of players upon promotion, Villa the latest, and it doesn't seem to work.
but then you look at Nowich who didn't anybody who have also struggled.
I think form us, it will be a fine balance, getting the right players at the right time and in the right situation.
thats what makes receruiment so hard.
I think sometimes, as fans we like to see money spent, but it has to be the right deals.
Liverpool's recruitment has been wonderful, recently anyway - looking at them 5 years ago, against the likes of City, United, Chelsea who spend what they like they've done a great job.
they've spent big at CB and goal keeper, yes, but Klopp knew that those transfers were what was needed.
add that to the likes of Salah at 30 mil, and Mane at 28 mil was it?

You make some great points.
If we do manage to do it i will get pi55ed that night.
Then the following morning i will wake up with a banging hangover and then suddenly realise we are in Prem then instantly start worrying about staying up.
God i hope we do it.

Having a small squad ain't the issue, its the lack of senior players within the small squad. We should 11 senior starters and a full bench of competitive senior players with a couple of youths as back up. Obviously this would be expensive, so ditch Orta and his policy of signing hatfulls of kids for the U23'

Surely personal terms might not be agreed yet so offer a crap wage and make it clear to him he wont play then he wont want to sign.

We are a better team on the counter attack as we thrive with that space like second half against Fulham. I reckon we'll do well and pick up a few good results against some better sides.
Norwich have finished bottom because of how naive they've played, from the opening day against Liverpool, splitting the centrebacks and leaving so much space. Bielsa has his style of football but I can't see him playing like that against better teams.

Surely RBL didnt not have a clause on wages when making this deal. Surely the deal was Leeds to sign the player for this amount on JKA current wage? All seems bizarre to me
