Can somebody please clarify what

would happen say if a player was bearing down on goal in the penalty area, he then gets brought down, at the same time an opposition player hits the ball against his arm as he is falling, would that then be deemed a freekick for the opposition, bearing in mind if it was outside the box like yesterday with Moura, where he was fouled by two or three players, but seemed to have handled the ball as he was falling.

Jose accuses players of lacking mental strength in the media this morning, avoiding negativity on himself. Hasn’t even acknowledged his bad tactics or choice of substitutions.
What a div?
These players have the mental strength and are experienced. Ajax anyone?
It’s just wrong tactics from the manager.
Jose went in gung ho with 4 attacking players. No respect for opponents.
Instead of keeping it tight and then introduce further attacking players when the opponents wear out, he went in there guns blazing and we got picked off.
Blaming the players now.

Don't really understand how it can be following the laws of the game (unless it wasn't a foul)

Surely you can't justify the 'playing advantage' bit if the foul itself causes a handball

The only issue with the team selection yesterday was no 10 or creativity from the start. Other than that the defence is utter waaaank. Jose needs 3 defenders and a midfield enforcer, any manager who comes in needs those players if we want to he any good. Our defence is p111sss, had 2 decent games after lockdown had us carried away truth is all 4 of them yesterday are not good enough, and sissoko being our number one CM is simply tragic.

Jeez.

Poor team selection again. Poor tactics throughout the game. Poor poor result.

Levy and mourinho must go if spurs are to compete again this decade.

Until spurs fans wake up to this, you will always accept mediocrity

Most expensive tickets in Europe and they serve up that sh 1 tttrr

When you say poor team selection, that was about as strong as he could pick.

It is becoming obvious that it is the players that need changing. The team simply is not good enough, should be, but it isn`t. Need a complete revamp of playing staff.

Getting rid of Levy and Jose will not change this bunch of bottlers that wear the Spurs shirt.

Those same bottlers came back from 2 goals down in a champions league semi final under Poch

We got battered by Sheffield United who were missing three of their man players and could only name 7 subs.

Can you imagine the whining Jose would have come out with if the roles were reversed.

He's a disgrace. Jose out.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

So you say we got battered. A different manager right now would stop the same players getting battered, they are all totally useless.

It`s the players fella, not the manager. Most are the previous managers failures, and lots of them should have been outed two or three seasons back.

Nah, 100 per cent agree with him. These players have been bottlers for the best part of five seasons. They all need outing now.

That`s the bit I don`t get. As I have asked if it happened in the penalty area, would it be a pen or a free kick to the opposition?

You got owned anyway...

& this comes from a Chelsea fan whose team has no defenders

even the Sheffield manager said it wasn't good.
It was God Damned Faaacking atrocious

That decision was scandalous, changed the game but still no excuse for the level of performance that followed.
