Perhaps some people who are convinced they know what they're talking about should reconsider their position.

Another point of note is AWB's clear improvement offensively. A long way from the likes of TAA but you can improve players' skill sets and he is getting better, no question.

I'm sure that is partly to do with the players around him. Far easier to find the right pass when intelligent players are moving around you.

Man Utd are actually best side in the league on expected goals against with 31.52 with Liverpool 2nd with 32.03, Wolves 3rd with 32.22, Man City 4th with 33.42 and Chelsea with poor keeper 5th with 35.51.

As much as this is rubbish it doesn’t surprise me. The amount of sitters missed against Liverpool has been something else.

Expected stats can be very tough to quantize. .

Hafi told me we were also top of the expected seagull divebombiing player heads whilst an evil clown drags the goalkeeper into a drain stats too.

Even though the stat is excellent - why do we feel so hard done by these goals?
