I know Burnley are next (match preview thread coming shortly) but just watching Crystal Palace getting the run around from Villa makes me look forward to our next home game. Palace look terrible.

Palace a side that have basically ended their season so that should be an easy three points.

Burnley will be a difficult game. They are a good home team and are 6th in the current form league tables.

Wolves are 3rd in the current form tables although anyone looking at this forum in the last week could be forgiven for thinking we were 20th

For the last two games prior to today we would have been, what form is more relevant? The last game or the one six games ago?

And so we move on. Everton are confined to history, the future is midweek and Burnley....

A pretty quiet first half and I wonder what the comments would have been from some on here had we not got that penalty right on HT.

Much better second half and we certainly deserved the win, albeit against a very poor Everton side.

Confidence will be high going into the game against Burnley, but we will likely be without Neto. Impressed with Podence and he can give us the usual pace we need up front. Neves was my MoM. impeccable performance capped by that incredible tackle and pass for Jota's goal. Boy did he that one to go in after the miss hit shot earlier.

Well done Nuno and the lads,
