Very impressive since his come in. Especially good at catching from crosses and set pieces. Very confident and assured too. Hope he gets a prolonged run and becomes number 1.

He's been at the club forever, very loyal guy. Let's see how well he does in a pressure game against City

Best Arsenal keeper in a while

The dude could play as a wicketkeeper or slip fielder with those hands

Got away with a mistake tonight, but he has been absolutely superb since he has come in and looks so assured - whilst he's playing like this he's undroppable.

That was a great save at the end on that deflected shot from TAA.

I'll admit I'd practically written Emi Martinez' future at Arsenal off in recent years. 27-years old, an entire decade of fruitless loan spells, no national team prospects, and second in line to a brilliant Bernd Leno.
But I'm glad he's proving me wrong every single time he steps on the pitch.
Keepers will rarely get a big break like this, and he's taken full advantage of the situation and played his heart out.

Overall, I prefer him to Leno.
The quest for the number 1 position should strictly be on merit when Leno is back fit.
