"I want to leave knowing I have won trophies"

Even as a Spurs fan this still gave me a laugh

Wonder how much he's on.

Twenty seven shillings and sixpence.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That's £1 and 37 1/2 new pence for you youngsters

Gotta tighten their belts Mighty, Darth Levy has the Death Star to pay for.

Ian Wright, Drogba, RVP and Vardy didn’t develop after 23?

His best season for us was 16/17 in the back 5. I think he has more potential at CB than DM - not that he will ever be as good but Alderweireld was a real utility player at Atletico and then really hit form when he got a run of games at CB at Southampton

Toby hasn`t got long left. Probably a Sanchez Dier combo. Makes sense.

Toby is still our player though and our best centre half despite past his peak. Him and Dier is the partnership for me. Sanchez hopefully improves and Tanganga stays and develops also.

For me it comes down to whether you’d rather have Dier at spurs, or not have Dier at spurs.

He isn’t perfect, but he seems to have got over his bad form and fitness from last year and looks to be progressing again, so for me I’d 100% rather have him than not.

So great news this and hope he carries on his pre-suspension form next year

Funny how we hit our best form since December 2018 ( when this slump started ) the minute Dier is banned.

Nah, not for me. Wont move the club forward. Either get ride or at best a squad player brought in when we have about 3 CB's injured.

I like the guy but he is distinctly average and although I never wanted him gone I am not excited that he has stayed
