Security can only go so far. You’d need reinforced glass on every window to really make it difficult. Lots of these houses have extremely tough front and back doors but completely ignore the windows.

If you're a guy with an unlimited amount of money, would you not spend millions on security for your home?
I would, it would be stupid not to.

Cameras, lasers, alarms, electric fencing around the whole premises, 24/7 monitored CCTV. Guards.. you name it... The lot.
Unfortunately I earn a pittance in comparison to these idiots so that'll never happen.

They should be able to afford hiring a security guard.

Hiring a security guard is now part of the Asian wedding expense. So many houses get burgled when that household is out at the wedding venue mainly because so much noise is made before the wedding that every crook is made aware when the house is vacant. Now we just hire security and problem is solved.

So Liverpool fans have 30 years to plan their title celebrations, and the best they can come up with is to fight amongst themselves and burgle their players? And not a sausage roll in sight.

My fiance's family does the same.

With Asians, it's like they're all interconnected.

If a family is having a wedding then basically the entire community In the town is aware and word gets around that the house is empty etc.

But yea a sniper will do the trick just as well. Fire some warning shots to scare them off, if they aren't scared shoot them dead.

Not a Jack Russell then?

I like the idea of a trained killer on the roof, it would be more effective than a dog 🤣

Very rarely do these owners go to the absolute limits for security until something bad happens. I was dealing with a £50m house that got very badly burgled, now they have a security guard outside the house 24/7.

I agree it’s silly to only take these precautions in hindsight but a lot of us do the same in life. They have more to lose sure but I think it’s human nature unfortunately
