Henderson - Simply the best

Following on from Metro's article about Jordan Henderson being the most deserved winner of the FWA this year, all sensible fans can & should take this one step further and declare that:

JORDAN HENDERSON IS THE MOST DESERVED RECIPIENT OF THIS AWARD OF ALL TIME.

The only fair way to ascertain this is to compare the miraculous Liverpool captain to some higher profile winners of years gone by.

Tap in merchant Raheem Sterling won it last year. Like the county's captain courageous , Sterling has been unfairly criticised for running 'a bit funny', (some would say it's John Inman esque). As always Jordan has lead from the front, chin up, back straight, legs pumping against the awkward gait worriers. It's fair to say Sterling has mentally folded many a time because of this, whereas Henderson has straightened his back and ran through the barbs hurled at him by drunken Scotsmen."Is it cos I am black?" exclaimed a distraught Raheem and with a fatherly arm around the shoulders from Hendo, "yes, it probably is" said the always honest Henderson.

Luis Suarez is far too bitey to be compared with Henderson. If Henderson was South American he would have been called Jordoa Hendinho or something. Henderson would never bite anyone. he would would bite your head off if you under performed in training, but this it what makes him such a fantastic professional.

Gareth Bale it's fair to say is loved by whales, but is despised by his Madrid team mates. The golf loving physio botherer would never have been in this predicament if Madrid had done the sensible thing at the time and snapped up Jordan for a cool 16 mil when he was available at Sunderland. Jordan strength of personality unites people. He would have the whole Madrid squad out playing golf with Gareth and translating where appropriate. Hey Bale, "La mona aunque se vista de seda, mona se queda". Hendo " leave it out Ramos.

Wayne Rooney is a prossie bothering, "Auld Slapper" user, who flirted with City to get a pay rise. As if Jordan would ever have to pay for love, too hot Hendo can have the pick of the bunch, but is too much of an honest family man for that type of carry on. Rooney was once knocked out by a soft jab by Phil Bardsley in a blokes kitchen. Coincidence? Bardsley played for Sunderland, but so did the hard but fair captain fantastic.

Roy Keane laughably won it in at the turn of the millennium. The Fergie hating psychopath once punched a kid after he called him a pikey or something. Keane would have yearned for someone with Jordans influence at utd, someone who could have put put a comforting arm around him and whispered " be still Roy, you're not a pikey, calm down Roy".It could have made a world of difference to Roy keane, who let's not forget Manchester United fans, is still a human being.

Kevin De Bruyne I hear you say, but like the Champions league Trophy, this award has escaped the pasty face Dutchman.

There are of course are others, but I'm bored now, The evidence has been scrutinised thoroughly and the evidence is complete. Henderlol 16m is the greatest FWA winner OF ALL TIME.
