United have clearly just briefed the British press. All running the same story about how they are willing to walk away from negotiations

Its quite simple really. Its not in the interest for a reputable journalist (which by all accounts Romano is) or a journalist who works for a reputable organisation to make up stories without credible sources.

Anyone with any sort of critical thinking ability can understand this. So not RDD of course.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Unnited backed out / the players demands where too great / deadline e passed blah blah blah. Zero accountability if it doenst control off so why not claim it's happening.

Gets tons of hits from fanboys

When pretty much every outlet reports a story like this at the same time, it's because they have been briefed. And when the BBC Sport reports a story as fact, they have a solid source. There is now no doubt at all that United have been in negotiations for Sancho.

BBC reporting no personal terms agreed and a huge gap in the fee offered/requested. Clearly negotiations are ongoing but it seems there is still lots of work to do.
