Big one tonight and a real shame to be played behind closed doors - but such is the new world. We were excellent in the away leg and have the aggregate advantage, but I think any psychological upper hand or momentum had the games been played in quicker succession will have evaporated by now. It’s a fresh game, and unlike the match at the Bernabeu we really need to score first.
I’m sure we will see a couple of surprises in the starting 11, my only hope is that Pep doesn’t over complicate things as he has done n the Champions League at times in the past. Mendy is suspended, and with Garcia saying he will leave I can’t see him playing either now.
Ederson
Walker Fernandinho Laporte Cancelo

Mahrez KDB Jesus
Wouldn’t be surprised to see Gundogan get the nod though
Not the format any of us are used to, but hopefully we can get past Madrid and be part of an exciting couple of weeks of football with some European greats still in the competition

disappointed Mahrez isn't playing, he will be the difference if Pep brings him on

Great win
Such a shame not to have been there tonight, but is what it is!
We should be wary of Lyon, hopefully our recent games against them will be fresh enough so that they are not underestimated.

I remember when Lyon beat us at the Etihad a couple of years ago.
Best team we played that season.

Foul team who you wanted to resemble so badly that you changed your strip to emulate them.

What game was Shaka Hislop watching? Man City should have scored about 6.
