The hateful 9 cheats

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-8606637/Wolves-punished-UEFA-Financial-Fair-Play-breach.html

Temerity of these cheeky baastards signing the letter to UEFA to get City banned when they were being investigated for cheating themselves

Hope they get humiliated by Sevilla

What do yo mean by 'cheat'?
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Call it what you want. You got to the top through obscene amounts of spending through a billionaire coming into the club. It isn't allowed now and the fact it was then doesn't make it any less cheating your way to the top.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Actually it does mean that City didn't cheat their way to the top.

To cheat is to act dishonestly or unfairly in order to gain an advantage.

Prior to FFP there was nothing dishonest or unfair about a benefactor investing his own money into a club, in order to drive it forward.

FFP now curtails that practice, effectively stifling a romantic aspect of the game that most fans would dream of.

Just because Wolves missed the Boat, doesn't make other clubs cheats. It just means timing was on their side.

Wolves could go down the PSG route.

Get your CEO on the UEFA Executive Committee.

Get your owners to give you a 'Development Grant' so they could buy someone like Neymar for £220m.

Then get their owners to buy a player like Mbappe for £200m then 'loan' him to the club for free.

Apparently it's not cheating according to UEFA.

It is cheating. In the same way anything won in golden goal is cheating as it no longer exists.

Anything won when goal kicks had to leave the penalty area is also cheating

FFP was set up specifically to cheat any clubs not already with their nose in the CL trough of a chance of competing. Nothing more and nothing less. No City fan will cry at its funeral, although those clubs who HAVE cheated (say by spying on opposition clubs) should be instantly punished by removal from all competition.

I've read countless articles on how we 'went wrong' this season.

Not one mentions the fact our form plummeted as soon as we had the spectre of sanctions hanging over our heads.

Neither have I read one that's mentioned we've won every game since the threat of a ban was lifted.

Can't say I'm sorry you're out.

Would have been a different story if you hadn't tried to gang up with the other twunts.

Next on the list, United. I hope Seville bury them.
