Found the bit about Craig Dean really interesting, kids being identified by the head of emerging talent and his team and very little to do with Orta I would guess.

One would assume that he answers to Orta, and works just underneath him in the footballing pyramid at Leeds.

Orta answers to Radz but neither of them will have a day to day role/responsibility for identifying the U23 talent. Dean will have a degree of autonomy and I guess a budget.
