Seems to be a legitimate target for us. Lennon and him discussed a loan move earlier this week and he's keen to come up the road however West Ham, West Brom and Burnley are all in for him
Had a few good seasons at Brighton.
Whats the verdict?
Have we got a chance of getting him? Would he improve us?

you're only allowed to train in groups of 4 unless you're in the Premiership (i think) they were given special dispensation in case they were reinstated in to the Premiership
That’s why there is a 10 day period to make sure clubs have the right systems in place. Most Elite clubs have private facilities, Hearts neither elite (championship) or own its own faculties. They rent from Herriot Watt along with others.
they are also gaining a sporting advantage over the rest of the league

Eh?
You’re only allowed to train in groups of 4 if you’re in the premiership?
Firstly I don’t believe that for a second and secondly that is illegal and wouldn’t stand an earthly in any court decision. That’s outright discrimination on absolutely no grounds whatsoever.
The government or the footballing bodies simply do not have that authority. You either have a rule that covers everyone or you don’t.
What a fwcking joke this is all becoming. More ridiculous by the day.

unless you're in the Premiership, all football from grassroots to the championship are only permitted to train in groups of 4
Hearts were allowed special dispensation due to the uncertainty over which league they'd be playing in, they came out of the furlough scheme and signed a few players
so it's a kick in the nuts for them

That in all seriousness is just ludicrous. How can it be more risky?
So bizarre.
