Looking more and more like Partey isn't going to happen for one reason or another. Apparently we're looking at Barca's Rhafina as an alternative signing. Could just be transfer click bait but I'm curious about the player, name vaguely rings a bell but I don't watch spanish footy or portuguese (been on loan at Celta Vigo).
Just wondering if any of you have seen much of him and what you think as a signing if you have. At only 16 mil he's alot cheaper than Partey. But is this as case of him being only 16 mil because he's rubbish?

Why does Gabriel have to quarantine when no other sports stars do? I mean, next week we have the Nations League meaning PL players going across Europe to play. They won't have to quarantine.
