Eriksen could be sold after 8 months

Yes I know we’ve all moved on from Eriksen being at Spurs. Some will hand different views than others about whether we should have sold him. Interesting Italian read below from corrieredellosport.it/news/
MILAN - Football is often made up of revolving doors. Eriksen took one last January, when, once he decided to leave Tottenham , he accepted Inter's offer . In the Nerazzurri, however, with a few exceptions, he was unable to shine. The truth is that, with Conte , the spark never took off. Everything could change if the divorce from the Lecce coach was consummated. With Allegri, already designated substitute, in fact, the Dane could have become central in a completely new tactical project. Instead, last Tuesday, Inter and Conte found a way to continue together. And, automatically, the question marks have returned to the former Tottenham. Even more so when the Nerazzurri club returned to Vidal , this time with success. In short, the arrival of the Chilean can already be taken for granted and so it becomes legitimate to ask whether, with his involvement, there can still be room for Eriksen? Inter, Eriksen is worth at least 50 million
As can be read separately, Inter are engaged in a massive sales campaign, which, in truth, does not give certainty about what the configuration of the midfield might be. On paper, however, at the moment, the trio of holders of the Nerazzurri midfielder appears to be made up of Barella , Brozovic and, indeed, Vidal . It means that the Dane should only settle on the bench, as, with few exceptions, happened in his first Italian months. Yes, but would it really make sense to continue relegating an element of Eriksen 's profile to a role of simple reinforcement ? Logic says no. And, probably, also the ambitions of the person concerned. In short, the solution could be just onesale , especially if it were to guarantee adequate collection and, therefore, a consequent capital gain to the Nerazzurri accounts. According to the latest quarterly, the cost of the Dane, including fees, was 27.5 million euros . It means that, if a proposal for at least 50 million were to arrive , albeit reluctantly, it would send Eriksen away. Yes, but who is able to put such a figure on the table? According to rumors, some intermediaries , even without a direct assignment from the Nerazzurri club, are already proposing the player to England.

Won't shed a single tear. The guy screwed us over by basically "downing tools" and, in my opinion deliberately played cr*p just to force a move.

Hope what's left of his career just keeps going down and down.

That site is as reliable as the Daily Star.

I have noticed that since his move to Inter he always seems to be on the bench and usually gets on for the last 15 mins.

As I recall he was offered several improved contracts to stay and play in the worlds best stadium but he knocked them all back to sit on the bench at the crumbling San Siro.

Strange business?

Would he want to come back here?
I doubt it.
And how would he be received in the dressing room?
I think we're done with Eriksen...move on!

I've just finished watching all or nothing, Levy even syas he was a strange one as everything was through his agent not Eriksen.

Rather than the 'down tools' argument, it might just be the case that over the past couple of years Eriksen has declined as a player, particularly physically

He's been playing non stop first team football since the age of 18 so might just be a case of Rooney/Cesc in declining early

His legs have probably packed in to an extent

Yeh I’ve just watched this too, Eriksen didn’t talk to the club directly, only via money making agent

Never really thought he would make it in Italy so not in the least surprised.

Wouldn't want Eriksen back. He wanted out of Spurs and it's gone wrong for him at Inter. No reason to think he can suddenly turn it on for us again like a tap when it's been over a year of sub-standard form, and considering he didn't want to play for us anymore in the first place.
