Warnock has been promoted 8 times, more than any other manager.
While he never really did much in the top league he has a great record at multiple clubs.
He can be as arrogant as he wants at this stsge.
Blackwell never did anything but acted like he was the best thing ever. The Carlisle story is a perfect t example of how full of himself he was
