Start of the new season.
Everybody full of hopes, dreams and aspirations (for a day or two)
I’m not expecting too much, gonna take it one game at a time, just hoping for some decent slightly more attacking football, and see where it takes us. A lot of games in September so by the end of this month we will have a better idea where we’re headed.
Just wish the transfer window was concluded as it always seems such an anomaly starting the season whilst that is still going on.
All in all it’s a welcome distraction from Covid and the grim state of our politics.

Only way as things stand we get top 4 is kane and son both having injury free seasons, that's not happening

Reports coming in that we’re considering a bid for Paulinho, the Sporting Braga CF...decent scoring record, 6ft 2... left footed...
This after having a bid for Belotti turned down...

Just have to hope in our wait to get a new striker we win all our matches...assuming we actually do end up getting a striker in this window. Having said that they'll probably be one that a) doesn't have PL experience and will need settling in, and b) comes from a poor league and therefore won't be that great anyway. Deeney the best one left I guess.

Need a left back
Need NDombele or GLC to step up, take some responsibility and get our midfield creating more.
Need a better attitude as a team.
Need to be tougher
Lets see what happens.
Top4 would be a huge achievement given what other teams have spent.
