Yeah and they done it ages ago too. People need to just come to terms with the idea that we aren't getting Partey or Aouar because WE'RE NOT GOING TO PAY THE BLOODY FEES TO DO SO! I don't know why people are even bothering to talk about them coming anymore.

You all want to be far more concerned with whether Auba will stay. Since it's clear right now that Arteta and co have not done enough in terms of strengthening the team. To convince him to sign. At this rate, not only will we not be getting Partey or Aouar but we will be losing Auba too. And ALL because the owner is a tightwho couldn't care less about football or this team

Never heard of him. Glad it’s not a big fee though, need to spend all what we’ve got on midfield now. Guess Arteta doesn’t have much faith in Macey, unless this new guy is set to be number 3

So annoyed we couldn't keep Emi. He deserved to be our number 1 imo. Felt safer with him in goal than Leno. Shouldn't sell him at all

Yeah a lot of the fanbase are not happy with Emi going.

Just puts so much pressure on Leno now as any error he makes, while be magnified by the fans.

And yes, just felt so much more comfortable with Emi. The guys catching was unbelievable

Leno is Germany's second/third choice, has vast experience compared to Martinez, was ranked Arsenal's second best player for last season, he made the best wonder saves in the PL last season, and you are moaning about selling Martinez? Leno is actually among the top 3 keepers in the PL.

Shut up you fool. Emi played at a much higher level than Leno has ever performed for us. If you think Leno is the better keeper, that’s fine. But people are entitled to be annoyed about letting Emi go.

This AIN'T Germany &ROTW FC. It's Arsenal FC and right now Martinez is the better 1st option for Arsenal. This idea that Leno is beyond dropping whilst you can still see the gaping hole in his game, is ludicrous. When he's a COMPLETE GK as Emi appears to have become, THEN he will be better than him. But right at this moment in time, he is not. And his national team ranking is irrelevant to that point.

He hasn't signed the contract yet jackass. So NO it isn't "A done deal."

Raya makes so much more sense than this guy. We already have 17 non-HG players, full capacity. In fact making Macey #2 and not bothering replacing Emi makes more sense than signing this very underwhelming keeper.

Inaki Pavon coached him in Denmark and Raya at Brentford. His choice it seems.

Runarsson is not close to Raya quality. 57.8 save success rate for Runarsson is really poor. I would think he is no.3. Macey is probably better.

Lets hope Leno stays fit.
