What will it take....

What do we think it will take for Levy to sack José?

While I never wanted him in the first place, I’m willing to give him time, and we’re not there yet, but, what do we think will be the tipping point for Levy to get rid?

Does the style of football matter if we’re on course for UCL?
Will sitting in top 5-7 by Xmas be enough?
Does José have a free run unless were facing a relegation fight?
Bottom at Xmas?
First sign of a player revolt?

I can’t help but wonder if Levy has well and truely nailed his colours to the mast with Jose, and, so long as we’re top half and in with a shout of Europa by Xmas he’ll stay on - So basically once all prospect of European footy goes, Jose goes......

I cant see that he would sack him unless they fall out, because the issue is not the manager its the lack of funding to improve this squad that has stagnated for many years with a total lack of improvement , Levys bargain bin signings are not enough, it needs a couple of stellar signings for us to even be able to compete with the top 6.
need to bring in someone like Grealish and a striker, must happen this window, and a LB would be handy

you'd like to think if we were sitting 14th in november then he will be booted

a respectable league finish (top 7) and either the fa cup or europa league will be a good season with the crop so fair play to Jose if he manages that despite how painful it will be to watch. Just cant see it with these players though, and its always the manager that things fall on when its not going well

Player revolt or a league performance similar to last season

it would appear that how the football team performs is not the be all and end all of concerns for Levy, he has more important issues like how his Amazon Documentary is doing

Just heard his post match interview, sounded very tetchy and his dig at the reporter was a bit childish

the grumpy one, deflecting the issues

I always thought he’d be gone by Xmas. But I now believe he’ll go in October.

The only problem is, no manager will be available to take over. Except Poch and Howe.
