I hate to be a Debbie Downer but this stinks of a levy "we tried everything to get bale and reguilon but couldn't get it over the line". Both will go to United and we will sign Bas Dost on deadline day and limp to january.

ITK now saying just the Medical and Formalities to be done on Bale.

It is looking good...

Though, I hear Real want the full 600k, or a transfer.

We all know we'd be lucky for Levy to sanction 250k pw for a player...

100% dependant on his fitness though...

Just looking at the injury record MK posted last night, he's not had any especially major injuries. He seems to pick up maybe 3-5 smallish injuries a season, which isn't great but it's not terrible. He doesn't seem to have missed more than a month or so with any one injury.

I think if we accept that he's not a long term solution for us and isn't likely to play every game but can help us in moments through the season, then it isn't too much of an issue for me. Obviously it would suck if he's out for a long period and misses important games though that can happen with any player.
