Saka the Wonderboy !

We REALLY struggled to open up a well drilled West Ham defence and on both goals it's Saka who delivers the killer pass - what a talent this guy is. 😎

Saka is a star Pepe needs to be composed and Ceballos started slow but was vital for the win we need Partey in this midfield Aouar will be bonus too

Up next, Leicester and Liverpool (both away). Big trouble.

Away games mean little without crowds. And we are far better on the counter.

Saka or Ceballos MOTM. Both were brilliant going forward and in defence.

Both were awful sorry. The whole team was awful. But credit to Saka for making the crucial pass for both goals

I totally disagree that Saka was awful. Even Ceballos wasn't. But overall the team was poor and sloppy in long spells.

World class from saka and Ceballos

Thought both Saka and Ceballos were terrible first half. Better in the second half. How we managed to win this game is beyond belief.

Poor performance from the team as a whole, got given way to much trouble by a weak side. As for Saka, since he was playing at wing BACK and not LW, so his performance was not as good as being made out here. See a "wonderboy" WB, doesn't get caught out of defensive position, up the pitch time and time again. I doubt have conceded that goal with AMN and though Saka is better going forward, I don't think playing AMN (if not injured) would have seen us unable to score. Entirely Arteta's fault for playing Kol but Saka should be mindful of which teammates he's on with and their limitations.

He wouldn't be getting called "wonderboy" praise had we drawn or worse, lost. Whatever has been done with him to this point, it's time to scrap the WB idea with him, at least in PL games anyway. This idea that EVERY wing attacker can and should be made a defender has stifled/killed the career lefties at AFC ever since Wenger first begun it with a young LM/LW named Traore. RUINED the kid completely. What looked set to become an outstanding career, was held back to being a mediocre one. Same with Keiron Gibbs IMO. I seriously don't want to see it done to Saka as well and it's already started. Kid needs to be let loose on the opposition free of back line responsibilities.

We were playing 4-3-3 in possession.

You aren't "in possession" whilst you're being counter attacked

When we're not in possession, his ass needs to haul it back up the pitch, not amble.
