la liga have banned them from buying players without selling first, and also told them that any transfer fee they agree to, the same amount has to be paid to the spanish government to repay some of the covid money they received. so if they manage to sell anyone, and we still hold out for £15M, that's £30M they need to pay out straight away.
i don't know what situation Real Madrid are in, i assume they also took covid relief money, and i assume, given their wage bill, are also not rolling in spare cash, so they're likely also priced out of any potential moves for mane or salah.
