Premier League Quota scrap it

The Premier League rule that only 17 non-"homegrown" players in each club squad is allowed and the squad size is a maximum of 25. This means that in a full squad of 25 players, there must be at least eight homegrown players

The world is suffering from once in a lifetime pandemic, add racism and catastrophic environmental degradation surely even the rich premier league have to accept reality and ignore some rules like the above.

Big clubs like Barcelona cannot even afford to buy players because of embargoes from the authorities in Spain they’re all in huge unsustainable debt. Many clubs cannot either buy players or ship them out because of wages issues that has gone beyond control.

I hope the Premier League and UEFA or FIFA do something about wage cap or allow the Transfer Window be extended for another two months.
