West Ham v Wolves preview [LIVE]

Date: Sunday 27th September
Kick off: 19.00
Venue: London Stadium

On Sunday Wolves travel to London to take on West Ham. For both sides this will be the third game of the season. West Ham currently sit 16th in the table on zero points having lost 2-0 to Newcastle and 2-1 to Arsenal.
The season has started a little more positively for Wolves. They won their opening game 2-0 against Sheffield United but then fell to a 3-1 home defeat to Manchester City in their second game.

When the two sides met last season, Wolves won both games home and away by the same 2-0 scoreline.

West Ham’s manager David Moyes, defender Issa Diop, and midfielder Josh Cullen will not be involved in the game as they have all been diagnosed with Covi-19 and are currently self isolating.

The game will be shown live on BT Sports

Gem’s prediction 0-2

Rather Albion win but we won't be passing Chelsea this season regardless unless we still have a few more quality game ready incomings

A question that tests where we are as fans, are you hoping Chelsea equalise to avoid West Brom having something to brag about, or hoping it stays the same as we are likely to be competing with Chelsea come the end of the season?

I suspect the majority of fans that live in, or brought up in, the Black Country would always be happy to see our local rivals lose. Many fans from further afield may feel different

Wet Bum have done us a massive favour there, taking 2 points off Ch3ls3a. First giving us Steve Bull, then beating us to start the transformation to world giants, and now this. The gift that keeps on giving!

Exactly this. Not from the black country so the rivalry isn't much of a thing for me. Those local I can understand having a different view.

Born in West Brom but never supported them. Always Wolves!!! But today I think WB were unlucky not to get the 3 points. Chelsea were awful in the first half and not so great in the second either.

My user name may give it away, but not from the Black Country, I agree that from my point of view the West Brom rivalry is less important than Wolves being successful.

Take your point there tartan and you're absolutely correct but any opportunity to laugh at the Tescos in their stupid bar code shirts and their ludicrous boiler mascot is too good to pass up. Tin pot tw*ts.

For once I agree with you Bute. West From did do us a favour and it wasn't just yesterday either.
