Leeds > Blades

Strange going into an away game in the Premier league as a newly promoted team against a team that did well last season. But, I just cant help feeling that we are favourites to win this game and we'd be a bit disappointed if we didn't beat them. The Blades have been pretty dreary since the return of lockdown football football, they seem to still be feeling a bit sorry for themselves with key decisions going against them at the end of last season and at the start of this one. We are full of confidence atm and playing with as much attacking swagger as I've seen a Leeds team play, I just can't get my head around Billy Sharp saying that "we are expected to beat Leeds"

Not saying its going to be easy, they are resolute and will be looking to kick start there season, but they look a long way off that effective side from last season. I think they are there for the taking, man for man, we beat them 1 to 11, after Anfield performance, why wouldn't be favourites for this one.

They're well organized and hard working. But,
feel good about this one. Hoping that Harrison rips
that tw 4 T donkey Baldock all game long.

Gist from the presser, Pablo two weeks, Rodrigo or Tyler will play, Llorente was fit to play v Madrid so is fit but needs to integrate(should be ok by Xmas!), Forshaw had a setback, two more players could come in, Gotts May go out on loan but Douglas probably will stay

I've got an odd feeling about this game - worried that our team may underestimate them going into this.

Watched some of the game v Villa the other night, they were unlucky and probably the better team, with only 10 men. Looks like they are struggling for goals, but play in a similar way when it comes to the pressing/counter pressing relentlessely.

I'd be very disappointed not to win this, as I think we have more than them and should be full of confidence in attack.

Hopefully we can keep it tighter at the back. I think a lot of teams are struggling for fitness at the moment, which is why we are seeing so many goals in most games.

I atually thought the opsoite ref Sheff U and Villa Harroagte, thought both teams look like championship sides.

I'd be really surprised if Sheff Utd arn't involved in a relegation battle this year..

1. difficult for them to rely on the home wins with no crowds

2. second season a lot harder to maintain, and I don;t think they've added much in terms of squad depth

think we'll win comfortably

I read last night #10 & winger are the club's priority now.
But only if the right deals for the right players are there.

Which lends meat to the De Paul & Dan James stuff.

The Blades are still a bunch of hoofers at heart, with a pitbull for a coach. Our last games against them were tight affairs and I don't expect this one to be any different. We do have players who can open them up, but the left side of our defence is a worry. I would settle for a draw if you gave it to me right now.

An ugly 1 nil win with Rodrigo scoring would be excellent and keep us ticking over nicely before we more than likely get a bit of a hammering against Man City the following week.

They did okay away last season, 21 pts and only 6 defeats. More pts than Spurs and Arsenal picked up away, although appreciate they had bad seasons.

Also beat Spurs, Chelsea and Wolves at home with no fans!

Not saying you'll be wrong about the potential relegation battle though!

Can’t trust a manager who pays £20m for mcburnie.
