MATCH FACTS
Head-to-head

This is the first top-flight meeting between the sides since a 2-2 draw at Bramall Lane in March 1994.
Sheffield United have won four of the past five league meetings.
Leeds have lost six of their past nine visits to Bramall Lane in all competitions (W1, D2).
The Whites have recorded victory in six of the last eight top-flight matches between the clubs - with 31 goals scored in those fixtures.
This will be the first Yorkshire derby in the Premier League since May 2001, when Leeds beat Bradford City 6-1.

Sheffield United

Sheffield United have lost five successive league fixtures. It is their longest losing streak since September 2013, when they were playing in the third tier.
The Blades could start a league campaign with three consecutive defeats for only the third time.
They are in danger of failing to score in any of their opening three matches for the first time in their history.
Chris Wilder's side have registered a league-low 13 shots.
Sheffield United have won eight of their 10 Premier League home fixtures against newly-promoted side.
Billy Sharp scored five goals in 33 league appearances for Leeds in 2014-15.
Leeds United

Leeds' first two league games this season have produced 14 goals.
They are the first top-flight side to both score and concede seven goals in their first two matches since Liverpool in the 1932-33 season.
The Premier League record for most goals in a club's opening three fixtures of a campaign is 17, set by Everton in 2014-15.
Leeds haven't kept an away Premier League clean sheet in 13 games since November 2003.
There have been four penalties in their first two games, the most at the beginning of a campaign since Bolton also had four in 2002-03.
If selected, Leeds captain Liam Cooper will be making his 200th appearance for the club.

There it is, Sheffield not got the best start to the season so i reckon they'll be looking to put some points on the board, we've been a bit more prolific in front of goal so far and hopefully MB has been working on the defence a bit so I'm quietly confident we should be able to nick this one, 1-2 for me with Koch and Costa finding the net

Bamford 8
Rodrigo 7
Poveda 6

Agree mostly with that.

Although I might give meslier a 10.

Not many keeps going to make two saves bwtter than he did today.

Two criticisms I have had of him is he doves in slow motion and his wrists are weak.

Didn't have those problems today

Meslier with a great save.

But I think Koch was my man of the match.

Thought Koch was outstanding. Meslier still MotM though.

Koch made a couple of great passes.

Cooper did an excellent sliding block.

We conceeded 7 in two, and while sheff united are having trouble finding the net at the moment you can't fault any clean sheet in the Premiership let alone one after conceding 7 in two

Cracker of a game, yet again. Credit to both sides, no quarter given, fierce, committed play all round, with our class just shading it. Masterful team management from Marcelo. His decisions were crucial to our success today.

So happy for Bamford. Great result, we needed a win, that sets us off for the next few games, really dominated the game. Can't wait for crowds to be back...

Harrogate you got Bamford ... I didn’t go for him due missing his chances last season, thought I’d be too rattled with him in.

Good call mate, through gritted teeth

Been a critic of the keeper but do like him, will have done his confidence the world of good as well, thought Koch looked quality today,

Only caught the last few minutes of the first half but my god second half we were awesome!

Always the worry of a goal on the break from them but when they did get through our keeper did his job brilliantly!

Portuguese beer will taste great tonight!

Cheers Guys
