We obviously have lots of fans who think Ole is out of his depth and many who think he is the right man to get us back on top, however this post is aimed at those whos opinion sits somewhere in between. Those that think Ole is the right man to 'oversee a rebuild' or 'get us back on track'
My question to those guys is this. When is the rebuild complete or when are we considered back on track?
Rebuild / Back on track

So, at what point is the rebuild complete or we are back on track?
2 more windows, 4 ? Is 3rd back on track?

Henderson
AWB Maguire CB Williams
Bruno CM VDB
Greenwood Ighalo James
Between the players he has signed and those he has promoted, Ole is only 2 players away from having his own 11.
For me, Ole has done no better than OK in the transfer market, and hasn't significantly improved any of our first teamers.

Rebuild is in progress
Accept it and move on, stop whining. This window is a write off.

If we dont get the players you say we need where does that leave the rebuild ?

Between approx 25 - 33% of our signings post SAF have flopped, but that is Lrgelt down to the player and manager. I don't see how Ed can be blamed

Depends what you consider to be a rebuild.
No club can afford 2 or 3 seasons whilst the squad is pulled apart and replaced. Its mostly done gradually, whilst competing

1 - My opinions differ from others. The general consensus is that Maguire, AWB, James, Ighalo aren't good enough.
2 - Opinions change.
