Time for action not words

For me, the worst thing about that penalty was the fact the ref reviewed it himself and still gave it!!!
The only solution is to get tough. If the FA want ridiculous and farcical rules, let’s give them a farce. The only way to make them listen is to turn their beloved product which they sell to all corners of the globe into a farce.
So if the managers truly believe it’s ridiculous and farcical, then why don’t they just tell the players to ballon it over the bar? Or better still, for more farce, score it but then let the opposition free to score at the other end. Seem to recall Leeds doing that last season?
Hopefully it won’t come to this, but if this keeps happening then players and managers need to take matters into their own hands.

I’m talking shiiiit? You’re the one thinking referees can force changes to the laws of the game.

oh sir TH

Players could morally just roll the penalty back at the keeper if they don't like the rule. Would get lots of plaudits for it

How are people so thick that they are justifying a decision where the OPPOSING manager himself has said is ridiculous and stupid. Clowns.

Yes you're a nonce. If referee doesn't give that penalty nobody would be complaining.

That has nothing to do with referees refusing to adhere to the laws of the game and forcing the FA and IFAB to change them, you nonce.

I would complain. The laws of the game say that was a penalty.

It wouldnt need a change if common sense was applied by referees. He didnt need to give that.

Again, that has nothing to do with my point. The poster I was replying to thinks the refs can force a law change, which is bloody stupid to suggest.
