I'm beginning to think that Jose has a big ego
And it certainly appears that he doesn't like his authority to be challenged in any way by players. It's his way or the highway.
I guessed it's somewhat understandable as he is the manager but these are professional footballers he's dealing with and they will not just allow a manager to literally walk all over them.
He had a falling out with quite a few of the Chelsea senior players during his second spell at the club , followed by a reported beef between him and Pogba at United ( Rashford was also a target of his uncalled for attacks in the media ) and now apparently he's fallen out with Dele Ali at Spurs
Not sure what's going on between them but it can't just be purely a "football decision" if a player like Dele doesn't even make the matchday squad for a league match.
Fergie was also known to have a public disagreement or two with the players but he was winning the PL title basically every year but Mourinho to be fair had been a bit of a sideshow in recent years.

Well I only watched the 1st 2 episodes but from what I’ve seen it looked like he was determined to get the best out of Alli. And Alli’s form was good for the first few games Maureen came back too.
The difference between Alli and Martial/Rashford is that you could see the latter 2 were clearly being held back by Maureen whereas with Alli he had bigged him up and wanted to build a team around him and Kane. Alli just ain’t that good, he’s peaked and probably won’t reach the heights of his early career which fooled people like me into thinking he could be the next big think. Kind of like Ramsey, just living off 1 or 2 good seasons and shows the odd glimpse every season that he could reach those heights again, just to put in 10 shiiite performances in a row

"Apparently" he's fallen out with Dele? Where do get that from?
Also, he's dropped Dele because of performances being average when the guy was one of our best performers, so he should be dropped?
It's simple: Perform or left someone else do that?

Thoughts ??
Think you should spend more time worrying about your shower of a team,given the Referee seems to be your best team player each week, Oh and your team is currently below Jose's team in the table.
Does that make sense ?
