Mourinho mentality

You believe now it’s starting to rub off? Trust me, any other season and any other game under any other manager, we are 100% losing that. When it comes to Chelsea and penalties or any rival, we are always on the losing side. When the going gets tough, we always end up on the losing side. Mourinho brings that winning mentality like I keep saying and it’s slowly paying off. I’m not saying we are suddenly going to do the treble, but tonight we are going out on penalties any other time. Under Mourinho we seem to have that mentality that we need to finally land a trophy. Work your magic Jose and bring a trophy home this club desperately needs. Delighted with tonight’s 2nd half performance , fight and the win.

4 points from 3 games in the PL

Scraped through twice against Europa league plumbers

Win on pens tonight

He hasn’t exactly changed things all around has he but let’s see some more decent results come in before we say he’s made a difference.

And we won because we finally bought a full back who can cross, something Poch wasn't given.

I fancy spurs for a domestic cup this year.

Doesnt tell the whole story does it.

League. slow start. Great win. Torally robbed by VAR

Europa...job done in far flung sheitholes

CC... second string should great resolve and mental strength to come back and win.

Hope so Neo

Top 4 is good but I want a trophy. 12 years since the last is embarrassing

Said it after the robbing vs Newcastle and the second half today. I can see what Jose’s trying to achieve now and having been massively against him, I’ve come round.

Sunday is a huge test. I want to see a positive team performance. Go at them early, get the lead, control the game and hit them on the break.

Mourinho has done reasonably well but nothing special yet. Against Everton we were dreadful and tactically poor. Tonight could have gone either way but I give him credit for the way we came out strong in the second half.

Good and unexpected to be in the last 8 of the Lc and its nice that its out of the way now until Dec.

However if we can get the job done on Thurs night I really fancy us for the Europa. Mainly because I think we will get better as the season progresses (injuries permitting) and by the time the knock out stages kick in I think we'll be bang on it.

No need to go overboard with it, let’s just hope we get the result on Thursday now.

Last night was a welcome change of fortunes for spurs and I was delighted with the second half showing mostly.

I still can’t remember the last time we started a game in the front foot without Jose having to change his tactics at halftime

Can’t we try to get it right from the off

Plus as everyone has known for the last two or three years we are one Harry Kane injury away from mid table.
