Good question! Unless he has a blood relative as far back as grandparent. Not sure how long he spent in the US, but 5 years formal education would count as eligible.

Thi k it depends on of he has a green card.

Although he has represented England at u21 and considering how much praise he got in his time in the US (first draft puck, second in young footballer award) had he qualified for the US i would imagine they would have tried to tie him down go their national team as soon as they could

happy for the lad to play for country but i hate it.
