Say you booked tickets for a concert through Ticketmaster, the gig was cancelled and the original date had passed and you heard nothing about a refund or a rescheduled date.
Wouldn’t you expect to have heard from them regarding this? I know we are all engrossed in transfers and our encouraging start to the season but so far not a word from the club who are sitting on an estimated £8 million upwards in fans money.
Am I the only one not happy with this situation?

Sol I saw that at the time which was over a fortnight ago. Given the current situation, it is difficult to see us back in Elland road for the foreseeable!
I can envisage a scenario ( given there is a huge waiting list for season tickets) whereby anyone opting for a full refund for this season would relinquish their seat for 2021/2022. The alternative essentially gives the club an interest free loan for a year. Hope I am wrong on this score! MOT.

I’ve been quite vocal on here about the disappointing lack of communication. Last seasons package ended up being a damp squib so they have lost any chance of me not wanting a full refund.

This thread makes me sad as it reminds me:
1) I do have tickets for gigs that got cancelled.
2) I had a crap tonne of other gigs I was going to go to.
3) God I miss live music so much
