A good shout mags. Place goes like a train anaw. They used to often have some of their speciality sausages in wee dishes for sampling though COVID likely put paid to that?

Went over that that S Collins and Son Butchers in Chryston yesterday. Bought a few massive Rib-eyes.
Dished them up last night. Absolutely tremendous stuff.
Very few restautants in the town could beat that.
Have one left over. Thats going on grill for lunch tomorrow regardless of weather.
