City lost to Leicester and they spent the whole night slating us. Martin Tyler couldn't resist mentioning how much we've spent on our defence every now and again.
Now compare that to United and Liverpool yesterday, the story is different.
No mention of the 2 most expensive CBs on show. No mention of how much United back 4 costs. Instead, it was more like excuses after excuses for both clubs but more so especially for Liverpool.
This is really shameful and unprofessional.
Like Evra stated yesterday, Sky is not United or Liverpool TV. If the pundits can't provide objective analysis, then they should be replaced.

Haha, to be fair it was so bad that I think you can’t help but laugh.
Lose a tight game to a controversial decision and I might get a bit wound up, but yesterday I was pretty much laughing.
Notable which Liverpool fans stayed to take their dues and which ones legged it though!

Exactly. There's nothing much you can say after that, no excuses, no ifs buts or maybes. Although to be fair to United, if one was a red card, so was the other. Pathetic that it is a red card but if giving out pathetic red cards for taps on the face, then both had to go. Also you were playing Spurs. We got absolutely destroyed by a team with 25% of the ball who looked like prime 90s United on the counter.

Yeh but the red card had no real effect - maybe we’d have lost 5-2 instead. It was dire.

Yeah the defence were all over the place even before the red card but even still, it could have changed second half.

Not really sure what you were watching but liverpool were rinsed on sky and motd for their performance, and quite rightfully so.
As one of your own has said earlier on this, theirs no agenda. Your ears just switch on when city are mentioned as its your team.

Given we had lost 4 league games in those 2 years and won the champions league and league the smoke was well deserved.
I can assure you your team got the same when they smashed 100 points and then won a treble the next season. And rightfully so might I add.

Oooooh touchy . Come on, Liverpool and Utd have been getting free passes from the media for years.
The most annoying thing for me is the total lack of recognition for Spurs and Villa post matches from these people.
