Probably pretty slim. Not that Cavani will bang them in, but Welbeck will probably play fewer games than even Cavani.

Nasri is a classic example of a player that has one maybe two really good seasons and that is it. All done.

Dele Alli looks like another who will follow this trend.

I don’t have the time today but it would be a good thread to go through this kind of player.

As long as he's sorted by February or March, I reckon he'll be in with a decent shout.

Welbeck should go to Scotland. He might even get double figures up there.

Is it a coincidence that several of those players are considered bad apples in terms of personality?

It's likely that when you get to the end of your career as a player, clubs bring you in for your (hopefully) positive influence on the younger players and that's in part why several of these guys aren't being touched.

*I imagine it's mostly the wages in reality though
