The Poison Of Manchester United

Another day, another stab from Paul Scholes at Man United in the press. I touched on this yesterday in another article, but just who the hell does Paul Scholes think he is? Manager after manager, all this man does is slaughter Man United. Moyes, LVG and Jose all got it; now Ole is getting it but Scholes is too much of a coward to do it directly.

How can he question the signing of Cavani? Yesterday he said Martial isn't a 9 which is what United need. So now United have a number 9 with a record that is arguably the best in the world, but Scholes isn't satisfied?? HYPOCRISY! He's becoming a negative influence on the club and he has since 2013. I often have wondered why and the only thing I can come up with is that he deluded himself into thinking he was getting the job with Giggs in 2014.

Who is Scholes to question a transfer pulled off by Ole? Has Scholes ever even managed in a big league? Has he pulled off one of the greatest UCL win's in United's history? Has he mugged off Pep Guardiola? Beaten Jose?? Has he got the better of Klopp tactically? Nope, don't think so.

If he carries on with his negative venom in the press then I really do think the club have no choice but to look at some form of legal action against him. Perhaps an injunction to stop him talking about United in the media as it is becoming a real negative cloud over Old Trafford.

Not only is his punditry enough to send someone with insomnia into a coma, his views on United are awful and belong in the bin too. I just hope that the negative nostalgia brigade don't try and defend him here with the 'he's a club legend' mentality. Enough is enough and Scholes needs to shut up. We'll all see how good a manager he is when Salford sack him!

AN injunction to stop a pundit giving their view on a club good luck with that one!.

It is possible to view that Utd need a No.9 and then be disappointed in the choice of No.9.

Gary Neville has managed and was a flop. Keane too. Does not make their negative views invalid. You dont need to be a highly decorated manager to have an opinion on the club, the manager and the mistakes

Scholes doesn't go hounding the press. If anything he stays away from them. Always has. If the press do ask him his opinion why do so many take offence when he airs it?

He's entitled to his opinion surely? If he isn't then who is?

He is a poison to the entire club, how can't you see that?? He absolutely slaughters United in the press for God's sake.

He won an insane amount of trophies cos he had such high standards. If he can't come out and air his views who can? He doesn't hound the press and if they ask his views he is entitled to them.

Souness has made a commentating career out of slating Liverpool I just think some ex player's, if they can back it up with trophies they won, areally entitled to say it as they see it.

Crap original post.

The club is in dire need of genuine, well meaning, and informed critique at the moment. No matter where's its from.

And it's a bonus when it's accurate analysis as both of Scholes' observation - referred to in the OP - were.

"But that’s what Manchester United seems to be now, it seems to be – I think of the forwards we have… Cavani, he should be a loan signing."

who do we loan him from Paul?

I'm just braced now for the mob on here to blame Ole for Maguire's red card last night.

You seem really agitated by this, which is strange, for a "barca" fan.

Shouldn't you be busy being someone's son and heir? To a shyness that is criminally vulgar
