that was naughty from robbo was a yellow card, not sure if VAR can tell refs to go back n yellow card players? ref didnt see it, thought he was fouled at the same time he comitted the foul.

Yeh, I didn’t think VAR gets involved in those things and can’t really blame the ref for not seeing it.

Not really a big deal imo.

Id say no way VAR missed that so they must have deemed it a yellow too cause they can go back and red card a player can't they?

Yeh sorry, I guess if it were deemed violent conduct they’d still act, just meant that I don’t think they get involved in fouls outside the box and yellows, so probably why nothing happened.

Can’t wait for the return at Anfield.

Hopefully (though I’m sceptical) the crowd will be back and so will VVD.

Why? It doesn't change anything. People didn't laugh that Nani was hurt, they laughed at his reaction. He literally fell to the ground like his leg was broken, then proceeded to run around until he saw the yellow card, then he fell to the ground again crying. It was really funny at the time. Although looking back it was an awful tackle that probably deserved a red.

Should be retrospective action and a call to his mum.

He was upset because of the gash in his leg. Given that you’ve now had sight of it then I think laughing about it is basically the same as laughing at his injury.

But hey, it’s Liverpool & Liverpool fans so no doubt you’ve found a way of convincing yourself it’s all good.

I disagree. I think when you fall to the ground like your legs is broken, get up and sprint around, wait until the card is shown before falling to the ground again crying is funny. Of course the injury he sustained due to it wasn't funny at all and of course laughing at his reaction is not the same as laughing at an injury.

Given now you've had sight of it? Err there have been many more injuries after Nani's injury. It still doesn't change the fact that Nani's reaction was funny.
