Fred

Literally the second coming of Djemba Djemba. Can anyone tell what Ole sees in this donkey? I have seen league 1 players with better passing ability. Has he ever found someone with a through pass or a long crossfield ball?

The only reason Ole prefers him is because he runs continuously for 90 mins. That's his only contribution. McTominay is so much superior to him in the position.

Fred's passing, shooting, tackling has so much room for improvement. Looks like Kante has fallen out with Fat Frank and he looks a shadow of his old self. But I feel there's still a world class player in Kante there. Worth a cheeky 40m bid for him?

Fred was very good up until lockdown last season.

Think he’s the type that has to be playing regularly to get a tune out of him though and he’s not quite good enough to play every week.

There are some real planks out there.

If there not prematurely ejaculating over a, clearly, inadequate player - worryingly often using their 'youthfulness' as a reason for that ejaculation - then they express utter garbage about a player that actually contributes more to those playing around him than most of his colleagues.

Fred is a shoe in for most current united starting 11s on relative ability alone.

Yes, there are better out there, but there are few better in the squad.

Deal with the REAL issues.

Fred has his uses and will get better as he gets more games. He showed he can be a very good player for us last season, if the manager shows faith in him...

I quite like Fred... deficiencies and all...
