Off-topic The reason for my absence

I’ve been barely on here recently, That’s because my mental health has took over, I’ve been depressed etc, But I’m getting there though.

Sorry to hear that, mate. Take care.

I’m taking a break.

I know nothing about it truthfully., I'm generally cheerful. If I do get a bit fed up I tend to go out for a meal or opening a bottle of something good.
I'm sorry to say the thought of going for a run would have the opposite of the desired effect.

A word of advice.
Don't go giving shiet to Liverpool's fans about going on about stuff when you're massively guilty of the same thing at the same time, especially when you've just said you've been absent from the board, which is completely untrue seeing as you've been posting almost daily.

If you genuinely have issues, I hope you sort it and like others have said exercise is brilliant. It might seem daunting but just give it a go.
A lot of people have become runners throughout covid and there is a good reason for that!

I myself tend to play football 3 times a week because I'm also a miserable depressed feck.
You'll be surprised how many people are, you ain't alone... Just stop being an attention seeking Kent as people dislike it.

Matth: if you’re taking depression medicine, think twice about it. Depression medicine makes you feel worse before it can get effective, hence in some cases better not taking them

Please don’t give pseudo-medical advice on here as it can be quite dangerous.

I said think twice about it. I’ve been to counselling, been through those advice. You will be the best to know your own feeling and make your own decision to take the meds

Matth: if you’re taking depression medicine, dont think twice about it. Some depression medicine might makes you feel worse before it can get effective, but in all cases it's better taking them because your doctor is a qualified physician and not a moronic internet troll who is addicted to JA606.

No need to be rude. I was just trying to talk about what I’ve been through myself.
@Matth: I withdraw my statement, you need to talk with your doctor and get advice if your current medicine is working
