Best signing of the lot so far ? Reguilon definitely up there, but boy is this Hojberg a warrior. After a disappointing debut against Everton, he has been rock solid and an absolute colossal of a player since then. Putting in really good performances, but actually looking decent on the ball to. Yesterday with his head in bandage and playing on is typical of his character. Definitely captain material for me and a fantastic signing by Jose. Thoughts ?

Don, Hojberg was brilliant yesterday, a proper player, that can pass, and is not afraid to get stuck in. Plenty of players would have gone off and not come back yesterday given the chance.
Definitely a great signing.

was actually quietly thinking to myself that Hojberg is on his way to the shortlist for fans player of the season if he keeps it up.. him and the two boys up top. been really good so far.

I thought he would be solid which is all we needed really but he's been so much more

Hojberg was a great signing. The guy led the entire league in ball recoveries last season and was super cheap. Worked with Pep at Bayern so obviously learnt a lot and is exactly what you need in there to help Ndombele ‘run free’.
Really wish we’d have bought him as would have worked well with Pogba and Bruno.

Jose has definitely made some top signings without completely breaking the bank.

Been harking on about him since we lost Dembele so I am over the moon with him! Though after the first game, I was doubtful.
I am glad that was just blip!
Though now I am wondering why if Winks can only be a squad player for the forseable future?

Think all our signings are proving to be quality and every one has improved our squad.
But do agree Hojberg is quality and has filled a much need gap. Goes a bit unnoticed because of the guys banging in the goals, but is a Dembele solution for sure.
In addition, if we can keep him, our left back is real quality, and at last we have a CF that can play in Kane's absence ( or along side him ) how many years have we been asking for that.
Only downers....Sanchez, Winks our main liabilities, and need a quality CB, and we are genuinely at the next level..

I always thought he was their best player whenever we played Southampton and looked a bit out of place like he should be at a bigger club.
Before we saw him play it was his leadership qualities and attitude which I was most excited by and that's still the case

Leadership, that is something that is blatantly absent at the back
