There do seem to be a few bhoys incapable of accepting RFC are playing decent fitba when Celtic struggle here.

As Hamish said, bears have got stick for a decade and many left, but many stayed and took it daily.

Way too many good posters left though cos their articles were constantly getting derailed and descending into scheidt like Smid’s match threads. He was a good guy who just got f@cked off with it

Possibly true - I don't know cos I don't know him BUT let's be honest it is a complicated dynamic if you are coming on here and engaging actively in some of the 'debates'. You need a thick skin for starters. However, when it gets to folk stalking your family on other social media platforms because someone takes a dislike to you it has to take its toll.

You are both spot on.

I don't think that was the final straw for Ginger and it wasn't for me but I suspect it was adding to the pile.

As was said he can't take football banter ffs most are old enough to remember Celtic being scheidt while we were on here or BBC606 but when you are targeted for non-football stuff and challenged on your humanity then that can be tiresome and irritating.

Some may not have met him but those who have can vouch for him as a person, a decent human being and a friend. In none of that do a football team or political persuasion come into it

Anyone who suggests Ginger left because he couldn’t handle Rangers playing well at the moment is kidding himself.
I’ve never even met Ginger and I can tell you that.

Think this has nailed it.

There’s a number of Celtic fans on here that irrespective of the outcome of results would always post, and Ginger is one of them. You don’t need to know him to see that. Best wishes to him, and hope he’s back on here soon.
