I had rather thought (and hoped) that by now with players regaining fitness and the incoming players having settled and got used to the Championship that we'd be up and running. I'm sorry, but I was wrong.
I don't know what you guys think but I've given Cocu enough time to bring about change. We seem clueless. For me, I think we have a good group of players but they seem incapable of grinding out a win. I really don't know what's gone wrong but I'm at the conclusion Cocu is just not up to the job. I can't see the new owners (assuming they don't have second thoughts after our abysmal start to the season) accepting such dross. Sorry Philip you're a decent bloke - and I don't believe in the hire & fire of the past - but it's time for you to go....
Time for Cocu et al to go ????

Thanks, mate.
Hopefully be recovered by B City game.
Expecting some changes by then, not least in my moniker
PS Villa have come on somewhat in the 18m since the playoff final

Villa have had 2 sliding doors moments: the play-off final and Sheffield United’s disallowed goal last season that would have relegated them. On such stuff the world turns.

That disallowed goad would also seem to be the catalyst for Sheffield Utd's form nosediving. Have they won a game since?

It all depends on if the take over happens...

Terry being reported at in the running. Probably just paper talk?

Definitely Scouse. Cocu hasn't been sacked as of yet, new board haven't officially taken over.
Saying that, now would be a good time to put a cheeky £5, £10, £20 (whatever you consider appropriate, but remember, bet responsibly! ) on JT to become manager as his odds would be high.

Any decent managers in the lower divisions who are also Derby County fans a la Dean Smith and Aston Villa effect?
