Well despite the result last night I'm still hopeful we are on the right road with Arteta, managers need to be stubborn but not stubborn to the point of stupidity.

If Arteta doesn't change the front 3 now then I'd be seriously concerned. It's fair enough to stick with what you believe will work for a while to give it a chance but now it's time to admit it's not working and try something different.
