Jose the best thing to happen to

Spurs this century. A serial winner comes to Spurs and yet the Poch cultists still do not want him. That is seriously amusing.

It`s like there is something wrong in their heads, still pining for the previous manager a year after he left, and not getting behind a manager that has moved Spurs 14 places up the table from when he come in to be top. Not only top of the Prem, but also top of the Europa group, not only that just a few games away from Spurs first trophy in yonks in the Carabou Cup QFinals.

I have waited to long for Spurs to win the league to not now get behind the team and the manager, in which I consider their best chance since the 1980s to win the title. Not going to let the Jose haters spoil the ride.

Take a bow Daniel Levy, your incisive action has turned the club around in just about 12 months. Fair play, no complaints from me.

Jose All hail King Jose.

Daniel Levy All hail King Daniel (Sorry Don )

I don't care enough about the nobody loser to bother learning how to spell his name. He'll have to actually achieve something for me to go through the effort.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Are you a Chelsea fan who wants Spurs to win the league because of Jose ?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yep
----------------------------------------------------------------------
You’re not a Chelsea fan though you’re a Jose fan and whoever Jose supports, so why do you say you support Chelsea? You supporterted United 2-3 years ago now you support Spurs
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I support both Chelsea and Spurs
----------------------------------------------------------------------
But you don’t because you’d pick Spurs over Chelsea for Mourinho
So you don’t equally support 2 clubs you support Spursif you supported both you’d favour neither over one of each other
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I never said equally. I support Tottenham in every game and I support Chelsea in every game except for against Tottenham.

Sandy, you remind me of Trump a little bit. You're criticising a group or 'cult' that doesn't even exist. You continually post articles of this nature after a good win, but to my knowledge virtually every spurs fan is pleased with how things are going, just not ecstatic or screaming like a girl as if the title is wrapped up already. We're not anti-Jose, we're just realistic. Positivity can sometimes be delusional by the way, particularly when it vomits out at the frequency you do.

In short, no one is anti-Mourinho. We're just tempering our excitement in preparation for a long, hard season. We've yet to have any real injuries of note and we've scraped a few wins here and there that could have gone either way - think West Brom and Burnley. Just because we're singing from the rooftops yet, it doesn't mean we should be criticised by you constantly.

If we win the league, I will come on here and personally apologise to you for initially questioning Jose and his methods, as I did at the start of his reign. I've not done that for a while as we've been winning games but one swallow doesn't make a summer and you should remember that.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Well said mate.

I don’t think the likes of Sandy or Don will pay too much attention to this comment because it’s not seen as a threat to them. Well said anyway.

This is not quite true. Toby Alderweireld is injured and out for 10 weeks.
This is a critical kick in the backside to our defense.
Only hope is Rodon is an adequate replacement, but I doubt it........... Toby was playing like he was 5 years younger!

Why are you saying 'we' if you're not anti Mourinho?

Benny, don’t give if you can’t take mate. Last season the guys who were adamant Mourinho would do well we’re getting pelters. Every game we lost, we got lambasted for daring to want to support Mourinho and now we are being proven right, I think we have a right to
Come on and brag a little, considering the s** some of us got last season. You and a number of others were constantly on the case of Mourinho, so don’t give it the whole “we vs you “ thing here.

Hi Sandy

I was not happy this time last year, I was in Mauritius and had just come off the golf course to see the announcement on television. I was gutted as I wanted Poch to continue.

However I knew once we had appointed Jose, I had to allow him time to show what he can do with our players.

Whilst not 100% won over just yet, I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and believe that the team is buying into Jose’s philosophy and mental approach.
If we are in the top 3 at Christmas then I will start thinking we might have a chance of the title, certainly feel that we will win at least one cup this season as well.

As for sizzle.....................well he is sizzle and sadly will never change.๐Ÿ™ƒ
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Yeh Sizzle does act like a two year old, but is very aggressive when challenged. A thoroughly nasty piece of work.

It also doesn't give you and others an excuse to throw hissy fits at the first sign of a set back, which we all know 100 per cent will happen, so it is a two way street.

You and I know there are some on the board that will be straight out of the blocks when Spurs suffer their next defeat, calling for Mourinho to go.

So I don't think I should be also criticised constantly for supporting my manager and my club.

Don, lots if hypocrites on the board. They cannot just admit they got the manager wrong, so they have turned their attention to you and me, and trying to make out we are the bad guys.

We have nothing to apologise over. We are being proved 100 per cent correct, and it is kinda embarrassing that posters are having to put up articles saying we are a cult for supporting the manager and the club.

Jose has won just as much as Poch at the current moment.

What exactly have you been proven right about?
