Surely the keeper coming off his line rule needs to be the next one looked at after the armpit offsides. Keepers naturally move forward when saving shots. Players can hop skip and jump after all

Yeah they need to make a penalty box (for the keeper) in the penalty box (for the keeper.

Insane that a whole group of extremely well paid people, I imagine, have let this rule get to this point.

Do they not do test runs?
